Shipping and Returns

Small Biz Supplies will endeavour to ship your items as fast as possible.

Please be aware that we process up to 50 orders a day so your order will be processed in received order.

Small Biz Supplies use Australia Post,  Couriers please and Fast away services,  the courier will depend on delivery location and is not chosen by us. 

If you require express post please use this option at checkout, this will be processed through Australia Post. (this does not prioritise your order).

In stock items will be shipped within 5-10 business days from order payment being received. During sales and peak times please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to be completed.

Couriers are booked to pick up daily Monday to Friday however times and actual picks ups are out of our control.

By choosing to order with us you are allowing parcels to be sent with an Authority to leave authorisation.

Once your package is in the hands of the postal service delivery times are out of our control please refer to your tracking number for ETA and contact the postal service if there any any queries or questions.

If your order contains a Pre Order item your whole order will be held until Pre Order item becomes available. (Pre Order items are on each product listing and estimated arrival dates are listed.) If you wish to have your other items to be sent prior,  there will be additional shipping fees added. 

Any pre-order items will be shipped within 48 hours of arrival date. 

Pick up is avaliable from Mount Torrens, South Australia, 5244. Once your order is complete you will receive an email to arrange pick up. Please be aware pick up orders are not given priority and will still be processed in line with all orders received. 

Refunds or exchanges can be made on faulty or damaged products and must be emailed with picture proof within 48 hours of receival. 48 hours will start from the time of delivery noted on the courier tracking confirmation. After this time we can not be responsible for and faulty or damaged items. Please check your orders once they arrive. It will be at our discretion if the items must be returned to complete your refund or exchange.

Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
