Cancellations

All orders incur a 20% Restocking fee if cancelled by customer after 12 hours of purchase. 

Any orders returned due to change of mind will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee on products only, shipping fees will not be returned.  

All cancellations must be made via email to be eligible for refund.
